Whether you're moving through depression, craving deeper connection, seeking new ways to feel empowered in your body, or simply wanting to shake off the stress of the week — you’ll find a place here. No judgment. No choreography. Just freedom. We dance, we breathe, we write, we share, we feel . Each week is a new journey, guided by intention and supported by people of all ages and backgrounds. Come exactly as you are — and leave a little lighter, a little brighter, and a whole lot more alive. This is your invitation to move, to feel, and to come home to yourself. We’ll meet you on the dance floor.

• No phones or filming

• No substances

• No judgment

📍 Michelle’s Academy of Dance – 101 Appian Way, Suite 102, Brighton, MI

• Doors open: 10:45 AM

• Opening Circle: 11:00 AM (please arrive early to sign in and settle)

• Freeform Movement: immediately after circle

• Closing Circle: final 10–15 minutes

💰 Sliding Scale Donation: $8–$25
