About this event
After losing their parents in the 2011 Fukushima tsunami and nuclear disaster, young Osamu and his older sister Akiko live with their grandmother (Bā-chan). When their grandmother passes away, the siblings brave dangerous radiation and traditional Japanese spirits (yōkai) to return her ashes to their family farm in Tomioka inside the Fukushima Exclusion Zone.
