Ann Arbor’s fourth draft of the land-use plan for greater housing density is now available for public review and calls for replacing many single-family homes with more apartments and condos.
A public hearing is set at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 18 and comments are accepted until noon Friday, Feb. 13.
