HGTV has canceled Rehab Addict after Michigan native Nicole Curtis reportedly used a racial slur while filming two years ago.

The Washtenaw County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority approved a $300M tax-capture deal on Feb.
12 to fund infrastructure and parking for the Arbor South development at State Street and Eisenhower Parkway. The plan now goes to the County Board for review as mixed use projects including affordable housing are planned.

Tom Stegeman's team presented plans on Thursday, Feb.
12 for a five-story mixed-use development at 3003-3031 Washtenaw Ave that will replace a BP gas station and vacant commercial buildings with 87 apartments (including workforce housing) and ground-floor retail. The project now awaits a brownfield plan looking toward city approval.
