- ➤ Today, DTE Energy expects to finalize an agreement in the coming weeks to power a second major data center as construction continues for a hyperscale facility in Saline Township for OpenAI+Oracle. The company will file special contracts and begin the approval process by midyear. MLive

- ➤ Kerrytown Concert House has announced 10 musical performances this March at 415 N. Fourth Ave. in Ann Arbor. The events include jazz, cabaret, world and classical music, with adult tickets priced from $25 to $45 and student tickets from $20 to $35. MLive
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Ann Arbor’s first dedicated bus lane with a transit-priority traffic signal has run for two months at State and William streets — sensors allow a white signal letting buses move while other traffic stops. City officials said they are exploring similar improvements at other intersections. MLive
