- ➤ Ann Arbor's Trail's Edge Camp offers a free summer program where 32 ventilator-dependent children use adaptive equipment to climb treehouses & kayak while enjoying activities like fishing and marshmallow toasting. The Inspiration Gala on Saturday, Mar. 21 at Venue by 4M will raise funds to support this volunteer-run camp. MLive

- ➤ Mothfire Brewing at 713 W. Ellsworth Road will mark International Women’s Day on March 11 by launching its annual brew event with a new beer called Rosy, a Session West Coast IPA with Riwaka and Nectaron hops (named for the Rosy Maple Moth). MLive
- ➤ Michigan Theater will host A Night of Stars: Oscar Gala on March 15 at 6 p.m.—the four-hour event aims to raise funds for preserving local movie palaces, and tickets must be bought by Friday, Feb. 27 via Marquee Arts. MLive

- ➤ A 77-page report outlines a vision for downtown Ann Arbor's new library with a cafe, auditorium, and flexible event spaces (including creative and teen areas) as planning continues.
