- ➤ High winds swept across Washtenaw County Saturday, March 15, toppling trees and power lines while sparking fires at several sites including one in Ann Arbor. More than 10,000 customers lost power across the county—about 500 in Ann Arbor—with crews working to restore service. MLive

- ➤ Gabriel Richard Pioneers won the MHSAA Division 3 boys basketball state final on March 15, 2025 at Breslin Center, beating the Arts and Technology Academy Lions 79+63. MLive
- ➤ The Michigan Wolverines lacrosse team played the Notre Dame Fighting Irish on Saturday, March 15th at U-M Lacrosse Stadium in Ann Arbor, and fans watched the game on the Big Ten Network. Streaming services such as FuboTV offered free trials to see the match, which was the final non-conference contest before Big Ten play began. MLive
