- ➤ Paul Joseph Walker, 36, will stand trial for unlawful imprisonment after allegedly making a woman drive him to a bong shop—his kidnapping charge was dismissed on March 11 and he faces up to 15 years in prison. MLive

- ➤ Students at Huron High School voted to name their long-time River Rat mascot Rio, ending decades without a name. - ➤ State environmental officials will explain PFAS pollution linked to health problems after contamination was discovered at a decades-old manufacturing site at 253 Dino Drive near Ann Arbor. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 29—at Scio Township Hall on 827 N. Zeeb Road. MLive
