- ➤ Ann Arbor’s Sonic Lunch series revealed its headliner lineup for free summer concerts starting June 4 with national stars and local favorites like Grace Potter on June 18 and Mavis Staples on Aug. 27. The shows (11:30 a.m.) are scheduled at Liberty Plaza (310 S. Division St.). MLive
- ➤ The Salem Area Historical Society will celebrate America 250 with a free event at the Jarvis Stone School Historic District on June 27 at 3 p.m. Visitors will view historical exhibits (including American Founding Documents), live music, colonial character portrayals and food trucks at the celebration. - ➤ Former U.S. Sen. Debbie Stabenow endorsed Congresswoman Haley Stevens on Tuesday as the Senate primary race heats up, saying Stevens is best equipped to defeat Mike Rogers in November. Stevens, who competes with two other candidates, said she is honored to have Stabenow’s support. MLive
