- ➤ Ann Arbor Police have been searching for 82-year-old Ralph Yang, who has Parkinson's disease and went missing on June 23 at 7:15 p.m. near Pin Oak Drive + White Oak Drive, as community members help look for him. WXYZ
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Keisha Ferguson, a long-time math teacher nearing retirement, and Fred Webster, a paraprofessional and assistant girls basketball coach who recently earned a teaching degree, died earlier this month. They were honored with a moment of silence at Wednesday's Ann Arbor School Board meeting—an act that recognized their lasting impact on local youth. MLive
- ➤ Manchester Community Schools named former Lenawee County district superintendent Steven Head as its next chief administrator. He will replace outgoing Brad Bezeau this summer after a series of interviews conducted by the school board. MLive
REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Developers are planning a five-story, 61-unit apartment building at 2900 S. Main St. near Briarwood Mall—this new design adds one level and 16 more apartments than earlier plans, includes features like electric vehicle charging and a fitness center, and will require rezoning for a high-density transit corridor.
