- ➤ For the Ann Arbor Art Fair starting tomorrow, downtown garages charge $20 per day and $10 after 5 p.m. while Huron High School and Briarwood Mall offer free parking with $8 shuttle roundtrips every 10-15 minutes until 10 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and until 9 p.m. on Saturday — many downtown streets will be closed for the three-day event spanning 30 blocks — plan accordingly. - ➤ The Michigan Department of Natural Resources will hold 11 online auctions from Aug. 1 to Sept. 5 for 126 surplus properties that range from under one acre to 200 acres—some with riverfront, lakefront, and forested land in Michigan’s Upper and Lower Peninsulas. Proceeds will go to the Land Exchange Facilitation Fund to buy public land that fits the department’s mission. MLive
