Visitors to the downtown library saw Silky Grooves, a new vintage and vinyl shop that opened on July 18th—selling vintage clothes and records.

The Ann Arbor District Library said Gardens Within and JFSMade will soon open—expanding options for visitors.

The Ann Arbor Art Fair (a three-day event) is underway as nearly one thousand artists display reflective artwork along 30 downtown blocks.

Artists like Jackson Ocheltree (a glass artist) and John Joseph Denis show pieces that mirror visitors, and the fair will continue through Sunday.

Ann Arbor student Calder Westerman, a Pioneer High School 2025 graduate, won $2,000 and earned the Trust E’s Choice Award in a nationwide duct tape tuxedo contest organized by Duck Brand—he will use the funds to help cover tuition and tool costs at Ferris State University this fall.
