  • Ann Arbor library leaders and city officials have promised that if voters approve Proposals A and B on Aug. 5, a new downtown library will be built in a high-rise that includes mixed-income housing, public meeting space, outdoor open space, retail, and business incubators — all without new taxes. If the proposals do not pass, it remains unclear whether the library project or the Center of the City park will proceed.  MLive
