The Delonis Center homeless shelter in downtown will reduce its capacity this winter to 52 beds, which may turn away 78 individuals who previously slept on mats.

A section of the Border-to-Border Trail along the west side of Argo Pond closed on Monday, Aug.
3 for repairs and may stay closed up to two weeks to ensure safety for trail users. Nearby Broadway Park West remains accessible for visitors.

Buddy’s Pizza is offering a limited-edition triple pepperoni hot honey Detroit-style pie for rewards members starting today and to the public on Monday, Aug.

Two Michigan residents with underlying health conditions died Monday, Aug.
