- ➤ The Ann Arbor Housing Commission asked artists to submit designs for public art at Dunbar Tower— a six-story, 63-unit affordable housing project in Kerrytown. - ➤ Ann Arbor city beat reporter Ryan Stanton reports that city hall is moving forward on several projects – the Housing Commission seeks artists for Dunbar Tower murals with a budget of up to $25,000 and preliminary findings show that the guaranteed income program has provided financial security without markedly reducing food or housing insecurity. Further plans include proposals for a new downtown library, eco-friendly condos, and transformative riverfront redevelopment as community debates on housing intensity limits continue. MLive
