- ➤ The University of Michigan will offer a behind-the-scenes nighttime tour of 'The Big House' on Nov. 2 at 4:30 p.m., giving fans the chance to explore the locker room, Jack Roth Stadium Club, Llyod Carr Tunnel and field where they can play catch and kick a field goal—Dr. Robert Soderstrom will share the stadium’s history during the tour. - ➤ A former diversity, equity and inclusion administrator filed a lawsuit against UM after she was fired following an investigation into remarks she allegedly made at a 2024 conference—UM claims her allegations are baseless and has asked a federal judge to dismiss the case. MLive

- ➤ Dallas-based developer Related Digital agreed to pay $14M to Saline Township and local fire departments as part of a lawsuit settlement — enabling the rezoning of 575 acres for a planned 2.2-million-square-foot data center. The consent judgment was signed on Oct. 15 and the project will move forward in rural southeast Washtenaw County. MLive
