- ➤ Shinola (301 S. Main St.) is partnering with local pop-up sml wrld to sell three matcha flavors at its cafe starting today. The multi-month collaboration will run through winter and aims to bring fresh energy to the space. MLive
- ➤ Bori Korean Kitchen & Bar opened its doors Nov. 13 at 311 S. Main St. in downtown Ann Arbor on the second floor of Jolly Pumpkin. Mission Restaurant Group manages both businesses, and the restaurant offers Korean dishes, a noraebang for private bookings, and free karaoke use until Nov. 16. MLive
ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ Texas-based Related Digital received approval to build Michigan's first hyperscale data center in Saline Township—this project secured a deal with Michigan's largest utility to draw power for over a million homes and is hailed by Gov. Whitmer as the largest one-time state investment. The data center will host servers to meet rising cloud computing and AI demand as construction moves forward. MLive

- ➤ The new Kahn Pavilion Hospital at Michigan Medicine will accept patients by the end of the year—this 12-story facility has 264 beds and employs 2,000 staff after construction delays from the pandemic.
