- ➤ Two Men and a Junk Truck held its grand opening on November 20 at 125 Dino Drive in Ann Arbor but has been offering junk removal services since June. The company helps with moving, trash removal, packing supplies and storage — and it sends extra items to local nonprofits. MLive
- ➤ Galy’s, a West African restaurant at 20 N. Washington St., will open early next spring and blend flavors from West Africa—Caribbean and Europe into dishes like shrimp maafe and crab étouffée jollof. The restaurant will replace the closed Crawdaddy’s Creole and serve local businesses as well as Eastern Michigan University students. MLive
REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ University of Michigan moved a historic house from 308 E. Madison St to a new spot at Division and Jefferson streets on Nov. 22 to save the building where Raoul Wallenberg once lived. Workers drove the house by truck and trailer with street closures in effect—future renovations will join it with a nearby historic home into shared research and administrative space. MLive
