State troopers drove 600 miles to deliver Christmas gifts to 2-year-old Vialah White at Mott Children's Hospital.
Their community effort raised over $800 to buy 50 gifts + gas cards and Vialah will open her presents after Christmas.

Ann Arbor officials cut down several trees at Liberty Plaza on Dec.
22 because they were in poor health and caused safety hazards — part of a project to improve accessibility and update site features. New trees will be planted along Division and Liberty streets.
