A Break for Busy Moms - hosted by Little Break member, Heather Delcourt of Messy Bun Mental Balance No assigned reading. No rushing. No guilt. If you keep saying “I want to read more” but never get the chance, feel a little disconnected lately, or just crave community with like-minded women—this is for you. The No-Prep Book Club is a casual space for busy moms to slow down, take a mental break, and reconnect with the things you enjoy. Meet other bookish moms who get what it’s like to be interrupted 87 times an hour. What to Expect: A Soft Start: Time to settle in, grab some snacks, and relax without the urge to rush. Zero Homework: There is no assigned reading. Bring whatever you’re currently reading, a book you’ve been meaning to start, or just yourself. Zero Guilt: Join anytime or skip a month without ever "falling behind." Good Company: Chat about books, life in general, or just chill and read quietly.
